About

Meg Pfeiffer's new album 'Perspective' breaks through the noise, showcasing her mastery of multiple art forms. As a songwriter, music producer, director, photographer, and art designer based in Nashville, Meg created this album entirely by herself, making a bold statement about her independence and creativity. With a successful career spanning over a decade, Meg has won numerous awards, including Lit of the Year, InterContinental Music Awards, and Global Music Awards, to mention a few. Her hit single 'Machine' topped charts and song contests. Besides her 2.5 million streams only on Spotify, her music video productions have garnered over 200 million views.

Meg's musical odyssey began at age eight with classical guitar lessons, and just two years later, she started crafting her own songs. Her unique, mesmerizing vocal timbre and captivating songwriting style have since evolved, leaving a lasting impression on listeners from the first note. With a discography that includes her latest works 'Nope,' 'Unsent,' and 'Perspective,' Meg embodies empowerment and inspiration for indie artists. By retaining ownership of her masters, Meg champions her rights and amplifies the voices of smaller musicians and songwriters, proving that independence and creativity can flourish in the music industry.

Her official debut album, 'Man from the Woods' (2006), marked the beginning of her indie artist journey. This jazz/pop record, created independently with a friend, laid the foundation for her identity as a pioneering, prolific indie artist, songwriter, and music producer. Despite later signing with Sony Music and Universal Music, touring globally through 25 countries, and achieving chart success and Eurovision Song Contest recognition, Meg remained true to her artistic vision. She continued crafting meaningful lyrics and melodies, staying authentic to her songwriting roots. Meg's albums seamlessly blend genres, from pop to rock, folk to alternative, yet she finds her sweet spot in the singer-songwriter pop realm. With meticulous attention to detail, she crafts each track with love, leaving listeners eager for more and surprised by the depth and variety of her LPs.

'Perspective,' represented by the sword, Meg's iconic lioness mane, and ancient runes, delves into the music industry's shadows, revealing the emotional scars of being ghosted, outcasted, or exploited. Drawing inspiration from her Germanic heritage, Meg weaves a rich tapestry of sound and symbolism, crafting a powerful narrative that resonates deeply. Her lyrics capture the universal pain of exclusion and neglect, resonating with listeners from all walks of life. Her innovative spirit and constant evolution as an artist enable her to tap into these emotions, making her a powerful voice for the indie community and the working class. Meg's music amplifies the stories and struggles of the overlooked, providing a beacon of hope and solidarity.
